All refunds include a R1000.00 non-refundable administration cost and any refund can take up to 90 working days* after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, provided the course has not started.

Any request for withdrawal after ten (10) days following a purchase, or once the course has started, if approved, will receive a credit note which can be used towards paying for a future Resilient Learning course. In such cases, 20% of the course fee (in addition to the non-refundable administration fee above) will be charged as a registration fee.

This will only be granted during the first two weeks of the course. Credit notes expire after 12 months and are not transferable and/or redeemable for cash. Courses that cannot commence or are rescheduled will be refunded in full.

*Saturdays, Sundays or South African public holidays are not counted as “working days”.

Timescale for refund

Resilience Coaching International will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and within 90 calendar days of the day on which you requested it. Resilience Coaching International will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees, bank charges and other fees as a result of this reimbursement.

While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change cancel and/or vary and/or amend course content, assessments, quizzes, commencement and completion dates, but not limited to the course enrolled in.

We also reserve the right to suspend, discipline and/or expel any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour as outlined in the terms and conditions. Students are at all times obligated to abide by the full terms and conditions contained on our website in respect of their registration with us. In such instance’s refunds, if any will be at the sole discretion of Resilience Coaching International
